When to arrive
We require that for all spa services you arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time.
This will allow time for the necessary paperwork to be filled out, and to answer
any questions and concerns that you might have. Please understand that your treatments
will start and end on the scheduled time, so we can respect and accommodate all
our guests.
Before your treatment
In order to provide a serene and tranquil atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your
cell phone or pager BEFORE you enter Visual Changes. Spa clients should allow at
least one hour between your last meal and your treatment. Additionally, you should
avoid the consumption of caffeinated or alcoholic beverages prior to any body treatment.
All guests receiving facial and body treatments are offered full use of our tranquility
room to relax and wait for spa services.
During your treatment
All of our technicians are professionally certified and licensed and wish to provide
you with the best possible treatment. If you are uncomfortable with the treatment
for any reason (music volume, depth of pressure, etc.) please let your technician
know during the treatment. Please also advise your technician if you have any special
physical or medical needs, conditions or considerations and any medications that
you are currently taking. Keep in mind that many of our treatments are physical
in nature and are meant to reduce stress, relieve tense or fatigued muscles, stimulate
lymphatic drainage and/or exfoliate the skin. Some guests may experience a variety
of symptoms after a treatment such as soreness, skin redness or minor bruising.
What to wear
Spa clients will be provided with a luxurious robe and slippers to wear during your
visit to the spa. If desired, you may bring slippers or flip-flops to wear. No additional
clothing or towels are required and large gym bags are not permitted in the spa.
During your treatment, your body will be draped at all times except for the area
being worked on.
To help us serve you better, clients receiving any services at Visual Changes Spa
and Salon are required to complete a health questionnaire. Please inform your therapist
or hair designer if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, diabetes, or any
other health conditions.
Children
While we do provide services in our salon for children of all ages, unfortunately,
we cannot accommodate guests less than 16 years of age in our spa. Children who
are not receiving services must remain in the waiting area and be accompanied by
an adult who is not receiving services. We reserve the right to reschedule your
appointment if necessary due to lack of childcare.
Reservations
In order to reserve your appointment time and choice of therapist, we recommend
making your spa & salon reservations at least two weeks in advance. A major
credit card may be required to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates are
available, for details ask our any Team Member for details.
Cancellations
It is each guest's responsibility to notify Visual Changes at least 24 hours
in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule appointment. If you have trouble
keeping a prescheduled appointment, we suggest calling the same day for availabilities.
Health
To help us serve you better, clients receiving any services at Visual Changes Spa

other health conditions.
Returns
Must be made within 30 days and can be exchanged or have store credit towards purchase
of any service or product. There are no refunds.
